"Great outlet for our daily fix of grapefruit tea. Beautea is able to serve this tea hot as the cold version is ice blended. This is one of the main reasons why we patronise this brand due to having fresh grapefruit with hot tea. Outlet has nice seating and they have a loyalty app and wifi is provided on the receipt. Great place to hang out before heading to malacca airport for our flights as outlet is only 15min away by grab."

"On 10/12/2025 around 9.00 PM, I visited Beutea at AEON Bandaraya Melaka to purchase a drink. I would like to compliment one of the staff members named Ivan (if I’m not mistaken) who wears glasses. He was very kind, helpful, and attentive to customers. His service truly made my experience pleasant. I hope Beutea can give recognition to this staff member for his excellent service. I will definitely continue visiting this outlet in the future. Thank you."

What really stood out was the exceptional service — the staff were so friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome right away. They handled my order efficiently, even during a busy time. The shop was also spotless and had a cozy vibe. I’ll definitely be back to try more drinks! Went to the store at 7pm 18/11/24. The cashier, chinese girl with glasses and the tearista, tall chinese boy, really left a great impression on me."
